  • Heritage Health Restored Paths - Certified Recovery Coach (Posted 2/28/2023)
    • The Certified Recovery Coach is an individual who is grounded in their own substance use recovery. They work one on one to support other individuals on their journey through the recovery process. Through utilizing their own personal recovery experiences, certified recovery coaches work towards developing authentic peer-to-peer relationships. Building on the foundation of relationship and shared experience, recovery coaches empower their peers to set and reach their own goals for recovery. They offer support in learning and practicing new skills, building natural supports and resources in the community, engaging in their own self-directed recovery process, modeling recovery and resiliency tools and skills, and supporting them in advocating for themselves across environments. www.myheritagehealth.org    Application deadline April 1, 2023.

      Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provide consistency and support to promote personal progress and accountability in recovery. Model personal responsibility, self-advocacy, and hopefulness by selectively using self-disclosure in telling one’s personal recovery story and demonstrating how a belief in oneself is maintained. Empower clients to problem solve and find their own solutions. Teach clients how to navigate a variety of community-based services and organizations that support recovery. Assist clients in identifying strengths and readiness to actively pursue recovery goals. Use a variety of different methods, tailored to the client, to move through the process of setting and reaching recovery goals. Maintenance of electronic client files, including completion of progress notes and progress reports in a timely manner. Fully participate in mandatory clinical supervision meetings on a weekly basis. Compliance with confidentiality policy as it applies to protection of clients’ rights. Collaborate with all members of the treatment team in regard to the client’s strengths and recovery goals. Follow all mandated reporting requirements for children and vulnerable adults. Strict adherence to Idaho Certified Recovery Coach Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. Maintain a nonjudgmental approach, use effective listening, eye contact, professionalism, and positive interactions at all times. Understanding and adherence to all Heritage Health Policies and Procedures. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. Other job-related duties as assigned

  • Men's Second Chance Living - Sober Living House Manager in Hailey, Idaho (Posted 1/12/2023)
    • Men's Sober Living House Manager needed to oversee daily operation of two men's sober homes. Seeking an applicant who is educated or has experience that gives them the ability to complete the job responsibilities. The individual has a passion for helping others recover from substance use disorders. Duties include overseeing care and maintenance of household/grounds and responsible for resident intake/exit procedures, responsible for maintaining house finances, supervising residents' chores, drug testing, volunteer activities and adherence to house rules. Act as ambassador of Men's Second Chance Living by networking with community organizations and recovery providers. This is a live-in or live-out position. Applicant may live in the house in a private bedroom with a shared bathroom with one (1) other resident. Salary depends on qualifications and choice of live-in/live-out residency. Successful applicant will receive an additional $200/mo. reimbursement toward health insurance coverage

      Salary Range: $29,000 – $37,000 

      Requirements: Pass advanced background check; at least one year of sustained recovery; have a valid driver's license and working vehicle; have CPR training or willing to train at MSCL House's expense; minimum 10 hours continuing education/year at MSCL House's expense.
